How to Perform
1 | Begin by standing with feet greater than hip width apart and hands on hips. |
2 | Exhale, kick right foot back from the knee. |
3 | Inhale, right foot comes back to floor. |
4 | Exhale, kick left foot back from the knee. |
5 | Repeat several times. |
